In the morning

  1. Always remember to wash your skin well and rinse it with fresh water: your microcirculation will be stimulated and that may reduce the look of dark circles and eye bags.   • Protect yourself and take action against sun

    Sun exposure is an acknowledged cause of premature skin ageing. Be careful to protect your eyes with sunglasses when you are outside!

    To combat sun-ageing, protect your face all year round with an appropriate sun protection factor of at least 30, not only during summertime but also on sunny days in autumn, winter and spring.

  • Do what it takes to have a better sleep

    At night, the cells of the body and skin cells regenerate themselves. However, we do not all require the same amount of sleep : learn to know yourself, by keeping a diary for a while to help you establish the hours at which it suits you to fall asleep and the circumstances which ruin your sleep. Then try to follow your rhythm.  

    Avoid stimulants (tea, coffee, alcohol) after 4 pm, sport in the evening, stressful discussions after dinner, heavy meals and temperatures that are too high (fresh shower, bedroom thermostat set to 19°C).
